Have you checked your email for the verification link? You need to click the link in your email to verify your account before you can access RPC. If you’ve already verified your email and registered your account, you can reset your password here.

We are here to help! Please reach out to hello@rockpapercoin.com and we’ll respond pronto! Our normal business hours are Monday–Saturday from 8am–6pm PST. In addition, each and every RPC business member is assigned a dedicated Member Success Manager to answer questions and support accounts!

Our payment processor, Stripe, accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Google and Apple payments.

We support the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Be sure you’re using an up to date browser and disable any pop-up blockers that may be preventing RPC from displaying properly. If things still don’t look right, please let us know!

At RPC, we are 100% transparent about payment processing fees. It’s important to you so it’s important to us. Here’s the deal:

  • We allow you to pass along payment processing fees to your customers or absorb them as a business. If you would like to set this up, please let us know.
  • Our default pricing for US-based businesses is a split fee:
    • Businesses pay a flat processing fee of 2.5%
    • Customers paying an invoice on RPC can do so for free unless they choose to pay with a credit card, in which case a 2% fee will be added.
  • Our default pricing for Canadian-based businesses is a split fee:  
    • Businesses pay a flat processing fee of 3.5% on all credit, debit, and Google/Apple payments. Customers paying an invoice on RPC can do so for free unless they choose to pay with a credit card, in which case a 2% fee will be added.

We offer volume-based pricing for businesses transacting over $500K a year. Reach out to learn more.

We demonstrate our dedication to providing a positive user experience by refunding processing fees when a refund is issued.

How refunds work:

  • Business ABC charges a client a $1,000 retainer for their services.
  • The client pays $1,000 via Rock Paper Coin.
  • The client is charged $1,000.
  • Business ABC receives $975 (minus the 2.5% processing fee).
  • Business ABC initiates a full refund.
  • Rock Paper Coin withdraws $975 from Business ABC.
  • RPC refunds the processing fees. The client is refunded $1,000. 

Note: offline refunds (such as check or cash) can be recorded in your account but you will need to handle the refund with the offline payment method used (check, cash, etc).

We work with you at every point in the chargeback process. From communicating a chargeback, submitting evidence on your behalf (if you would like the dispute challenged), and reporting the final decision from the bank. Our CEO writes a letter to the bank with every dispute. We know chargebacks are stressful but you will be able to rest a little easier knowing the RPC team is well-versed in the process and will make it as painless as possible.

RPC and our partners, including Stripe, HelloSign, and Amazon Web Services, use an encryption system and follow the most current security best practices. Safety first!

Yes! We’re proud to offer a Quickbooks Online® integration and calendar integrations for Google, Outlook, and Desktop.

You are welcome to cancel your account at any time and will continue to have access to your account through the duration of your subscription. Link to our full terms of service here.
