We can all agree 2021 was a year full of ups, downs, and many lessons in patience and perseverance. When we look back at what the industry has gone through over the last few years, we are deeply humbled and completely inspired. So many pros have shown grit, grace, and determination as our industry went from 100 to zero and then a year later zero to 100, seemingly overnight. Our industry’s ability to pivot and adapt is something we will truly never forget.
While collectively 2020 and 2021 have brought struggles, they’ve also brought with them quite a few blessings and reminders of what is most important. Here at RPC, we are grateful for you, our members and community. We thank you for trusting us with your business processes, for allowing our team to be a support system, and for your patience and guidance as we grow. It’s when we look back on all of this, we can’t help but smile because of how far we have come, all thanks to you.

Team Growth
Our tiny but mighty single digit team has grown to double digits! Going from 7 to 19 this year (not including 2 absolutely adorable team babies this summer!) still leaves us in awe, but we are so grateful for our RPC team. Every one of our employees is just an integral part of the team. And we care so deeply about each and every one of them. What we think is the most unique about our team, all of our employees have a deep rooted connection to the wedding industry, in some way or form. When we say we are building a product that’s based on the real pain points of the industry – we mean it!
Affilate Program
Summertime brought the launch of our amazing affiliate program which we are proud to say has grown faster than we expected! Knowing we help support our community and add residual income to their business (especially in a year that didn’t bring much income) is a wonderful thing to watch! We’ve also heard wonderful praise about our affiliate process, payout offerings and overall program support, which is something we really couldn’t be more proud of. RPC on the move
From podcasts, to webinars and getting back onto the stage at conferences… RPC was everywhere this year! We searched our calendars and found 120 speaking engagements where we had the opportunity to meet you. Whether it was virtually or in person, like at Wedding MBA or Catersource, meeting you was a dream come true. Seeing your happy faces on screen, taking pictures with you in our booths and personally signing you up for RPC meant the world to us. We can’t wait to SEE you all again in the new year!

Another big area of focus for 2021 was the launch of the RPC Help Center. We compiled the most commonly asked questions, tips, and troubleshooting topics into one easy-to-find spot! Feel free to access this 24/7 for detailed articles and video tutorials to assist with any and all of your RPC questions. As always, don’t stay stuck for long! RPC Community
Last but not least, we’ve spent a lot of time this year growing our #rpccommunity.
